Tambolaka is the capital of the Southwest Sumba Regency, Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia. Tambolaka is in fact the name of the airport, the real name of the city being Waitabula (sometimes written Weetabula).
Tambolaka Airport is an airport in Tambolaka, Southwest Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia (IATA: TMC, ICAO: WADT). The Airport is inaugurated a new terminal on 2015 which is able to improve passenger services from the previous old terminal. Cafe and shops are available at the terminal. There are some car parking lots and taxi stand outside the terminal.
