Francesc Xavier Hernández Cardona (Barcelona, 1954) is a Spanish historian, Professor of Didactics of Social Sciences of the University of Barcelona.

Gerardo Xavier Hernández Tapia better known by his family nickname “Panocho” (born 29 October 1968) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRI. He currently serves as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the State of Mexico.

Francis Xavier Hernandez (born August 16, 1965) is an American former professional baseball player who pitched in the major leagues primarily in relief, from 1989-1998. He returned to coach in the professional ranks with the Tampa Bay Rays in the Minor Leagues from 2002-2010 where he was the pitching coach for the Charleston (SC) Riverdogs (2002-2004), Montgomery (AL) Biscuits (2005-2006) and Durham Bulls (2007-2010). He made the transition to the collegiate ranks in 2010 and is currently the pitching coach for Houston Baptist University Huskies, a Division I team currently competing in the Southland Conference.
