Robert Charnock (or Chernock) (c. 1663 – 18 March 1696) was an English academic and Jacobite conspirator.

Robert Merritt Chanock (July 8, 1924 – July 30, 2010) was an American pediatrician and virologist who made major contributions to the prevention and treatment of childhood respiratory infections in more than 50 years spent at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Sir Robert Drummond of Carnock (died 1592) was Master of Work to the Crown of Scotland from 1579 to 1583. This was the responsibility for building and repair of palaces and castles. His appointment was made to be "as Sir James Hamilton of Finnart had it."

Robert Warnock (born 19 January 1987) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Fremantle Football Club and Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Warnock is the brother of AFL footballer Matthew Warnock, who played for Melbourne and Gold Coast.
