Eknath Dhondu 'Ekky' Solkar pronunciation (18 March 1948 – 26 June 2005) was an Indian all-round cricketer who played 27 Tests and seven One Day Internationals for his country. He was born in Bombay, and died of heart attack in the same city at the age of 57.

Eknath (1533–1599) was a prominent Marathi sant, scholar and religious poet of the Varkari sampradaya. In the development of Marathi literature, Eknath is seen as a bridge between his predecessors—Dnyaneshwar and Namdev —and the later Tukaram and Ramdas.

Eknath Sashti is a festival held on the day on which the sant eknath left his body in the River Godavari and took Jala samadhi at Paithan. The day occurs every year in Falgun (a Marathi month usually occurring in March or April).

Eknath Ranabhat (Nepali: एकनाथ रानाभाट) is a Nepalese politician. He was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha in the 1999 election on behalf of the Nepali Congress.
