Alain Grandbois, CC (May 25, 1900 – March 18, 1975) was a Canadian Quebecer poet, considered the first great modern one.

Alain Attallah (born 5 October 1964) is an Egyptian basketball player. He competed with the Egypt national basketball team at the 1984 and 1988 games. He posted an Olympic high of 22 points and 5 assists in a 138-85 loss to Brazil in 1988.
